How to use Canopy
A short guide to the desk, the agent, and billing.
Start
Open the studio and name the problem in a sentence or two. That text is the seed node. It stays put.
Talk
Each message can add nodes and links. Select a node if the next message is about that part of the map. On a phone, the chat opens in a sheet.
Diagnose
Diagnose reads the whole map. You get an answer, the strongest paths, open questions, and one next move. The writeup is saved with the problem.
Research
On a paid trial you can send the agent to search, do a bit of market research, or answer a question that is already on the map. Findings come back as nodes.
Billing
The trial is 7 days and needs a card. After that the plan is monthly. Usage resets with the billing period. Cancel in the billing portal.
