Talking through a career choice on a map
Career decisions drown in advice. Keep one seed, hang money, energy, and people as nodes, then diagnose once.

Career decisions drown in advice. The map's job is to hold your facts and tensions, not to collect slogans from the internet.
Seed that works
Prefer "Stay in this role through June or start interviewing now?" over "Career growth". The first one can be wrong in a useful way.
Nodes worth keeping
- Money and runway, with numbers if you have them.
- Energy: what drains you this month, not in theory.
- People you would lose or gain.
- Skills that compound vs skills that stall.
- Open questions only you can answer with a call or a document.
If stay and leave both look identical, you have not named the real tradeoff yet. Branch with what if once you have a concrete alternate offer or city.
Start from the career example on the site, then strip nodes that are not yours. The template is scaffolding, not a personality quiz.
