How to build a decision map
Name the tension, hang evidence and doubts off it, then connect only the links you can defend out loud.

A decision map is not a mind map of everything you know. It is a spine (the seed) plus the few forces that actually pull on the call.
The loop
- Write one seed sentence.
- Talk. Let nodes appear for facts, risks, people, and options.
- Link only when you can say why the edge exists.
- Pin or hide noise so the graph stays readable.
- List open questions you still need answered.
- Run Diagnose when the shape stabilizes.
Kinds that help
- Strengths and openings you already have.
- Pressures and constraints you cannot wish away.
- Evidence: a quote, a number, a past outcome.
- Options: mutually different moves, not synonyms.
If two options feel identical, merge them. If an edge is "because vibes", delete it or turn it into a question node.

Work one problem at a timeA messy desk usually holds three problems at once. Pick one sentence as the seed. Everything else hangs off that.

Keep open questions on the mapA missing answer is not a vibe. Put the question on the graph, then decide if you need a person, a number, or a search.
